The role partners with sales, marketing and operations leaders across the division to enable successful short-range execution and long-range planning of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Partners with key members of senior management on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow optimization, investment prioritization and policy matters.
Responsible for balancing financial targets and results, negotiating changes and managing performance expectations.
Oversees preparation and review of financial statements, forecasts, monthly variance analysis, external financial statements, and budget data.
Analyzes all aspects of financial performance and provides recommendations for improvement.
Leads efforts to prioritize investments across the division to maximize returns.
Partners with leaders to ensure the annual capital plan is effectively executed
Defines and implements key performance indicators and strategic objectives for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Business organization; facilitates measurement of those objectives, reporting results to the executive team.
Ensures availability of adequate and appropriate equipment, staffing, and systems; makes recommendations as appropriate.
Collaborates with leaders across the business to build business plans, monitor performance and adjust tactics as needed.
Maintains and shares knowledge of developing trends in finance and the telecommunications industry to evolve business plans as needed.
Leads a team of finance professionals, with a focus on employee engagement, talent development and inclusion.
Serves as the direct liaison to the headquarters **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Business Finance team in coordinating all financial target setting, critical financial matters and financial statement management on behalf of the Central Division.

A strong critical thinker and problem solver, with excellent judgment and a strong ability to communicate.

Field of Study:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred
