Marketing Strategist & Planner, Manager
to help craft compelling campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results. In this dynamic role, you’ll partner with Strategic Account Executives and cross-functional teams to design innovative advertising solutions that speak directly to the attitudes, interests, and outlooks of our target customers. From responding to critical RFPs to proactively driving new business, your work will make an impact across Hearst’s expansive media network. What You’ll Do Campaign Design : Develop and present engaging, multi-channel ad campaigns tailored to target audiences and their unique interests. Strategic Planning : Leverage market insights and audience data to craft customer-centric strategies that achieve client goals. Creative Storytelling : Build visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate campaign vision, strategy, and capabilities. Collaborative Leadership : Work with sales, marketing, advertising, and product teams to deliver comprehensive plans that stand out from the competition. Market Research : Analyze trends and customer profiles to inform campaign strategies and provide actionable insights. Client Engagement : Lead presentations with clients and leadership, confidently conveying strategic recommendations and campaign objectives. Who You Are Innovative & Analytical : You’re comfortable interpreting campaign insights and developing creative strategies that drive measurable results. Digital-Savvy : You have a firm grasp of digital platforms, native advertising, audience data, and social media trends. Strong Communicator : You excel at conveying campaign visions to teams, clients, and executives with clarity and confidence. Detail-Oriented Planner : You thrive on tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and ensure every detail aligns with the broader strategy. Team Player : You embrace collaboration, are not afraid to ask questions, and adapt easily to shifting priorities. What You Bring Experience : 2-3 years in a sales or marketing organization, ideally with direct exposure to the sales process. Technical Proficiency : Advanced PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with trends in traditional media, social media, and digital innovation. Presentation Skills : Confidence in leading calls and client presentations, delivering strategic insights with impact. Why Join Us? The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, market demands and conditions, including geographic location where the work will be performed, and other factors permitted by law.
