As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you'll take ownership of both social media marketing (paid and organic) and SEO initiatives, crafting and executing strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. From campaign development and audience research to content strategy, A/B testing, and performance analysis, your expertise across multiple channels will empower clients to thrive in today's competitive digital landscape.

Bonus Qualifications: A proven track record of success in managing or implementing additional digital marketing channels-such as paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads), content marketing, or email marketing-with measurable outcomes. While not a core requirement for this multichannel role, expertise in other performance-driven strategies will further enhance your ability to contribute to our clients' integrated digital marketing success.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Primary Focus: Social Media Strategy

Develop and execute paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and others to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. Collaborate directly with clients to understand their goals, define KPIs, and build target audience personas for precise and effective campaigns. Lead content strategy development, focusing on compelling visual and video content to capture audience attention and drive results. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing data-driven insights and optimizing campaigns for success. Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, technologies, and platform updates to ensure clients stay competitive. Work closely with internal teams to ensure social media strategies align with broader client goals and multichannel marketing efforts.

Secondary Focus: SEO & Inbound Marketing

Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve clients' search visibility and website performance. Assist in developing and implementing off-page SEO strategies to strengthen client domain authority. Support content marketing efforts by collaborating on SEO-aligned blog posts, landing pages, and other inbound marketing content. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console to monitor SEO performance and make recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and algorithm changes to incorporate innovative tactics into SEO and inbound strategies.

Integrated Marketing Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of multichannel strategies, integrating social media, SEO, and other digital marketing efforts. Contribute to building case studies by documenting successful campaigns and exploring opportunities for new innovations. Provide strategic input on other digital marketing channels, such as paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), email marketing, or display advertising, to support client goals and elevate overall results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media marketing (organic and paid) and SEO/inbound strategies. Proven success in developing and managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, paid and organic social media, and inbound marketing. Tools: Expertise in tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager). Active Certifications (Preferred):

HubSpot Content Marketing or Inbound Marketing Certification. Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ). Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certification for Social Media Marketing.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Advanced skills in both organic and paid social strategies, including campaign development, A/B testing, and audience targeting. Proficiency in creating compelling visual and video content strategies that drive engagement and lead generation. In-depth knowledge of social media analytics and optimization techniques. Strong grasp of on-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, and link-building strategies. Experience leveraging SEO insights to drive content marketing and inbound strategies. Familiarity with the latest algorithm updates and SEO best practices. Ability to align social media and SEO with broader marketing campaigns for cohesive brand storytelling. Strategic understanding of multichannel marketing and its impact on client outcomes. Expertise in interpreting data from multiple platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to derive actionable insights. Adept at identifying trends and optimizing strategies for better performance. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and campaign reporting. Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and client-facing environments. Passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and proactively integrating innovative techniques into strategies.
