BryceTech is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to join our team and support our Federal Government Customer. The Program Analyst will provide support to the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), HHS-Coordination Operations and Response Element (H-CORE) Support Services. The successful candidate will work as a member of the H-CORE support team providing day-to-day support for a government Policy and Program office. Ideal candidates will have experience providing communications and technical support for government initiatives. The Program Analyst is responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives. The Program Analyst will have experience working with Senior Leadership and Federal/Civilian Agencies and or Military Services. Contract Place of Performance is customer site in Washington D.C. The position will report to the Public Health Division Manager. Primary Responsibilities: Assist with defining requirements; provides input to project scope, schedule and budget based on an understanding of the program lifecycle. Develop SOPs for internal operations within the H-CORE Office as well as interaction across ASPR and interagency partners. Assist in maintaining changes to project baselines; monitors deliverables; assess documents, plans and applications; conducts quality reviews of projects and tasks. Prepares presentations and other materials to support project functions. Leads activities to identify project risks and assist in the development of mitigation plans. Drafts correspondence, reports, white papers, minutes, spreadsheets, communications products, briefs, and other documentation. Maintains and tracks action items and participates in meetings. Support the development of procurement requests to include having and applying practical knowledge of the acquisition process as outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation to formulate various acquisition approaches. Assist in drafting various documents supporting a procurement. Contributes to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions. Resolves complex problems, which require an in-depth knowledge of subject matter related to the designated field or discipline. Applies principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions. Analyze and evaluate new initiatives, technologies, and programs to meet mission requirements. Qualifications

Prior Government Service experience with Federal, DoD and/or Civilian Agencies' Public Health markets. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in related field with 7 years’ experience. Must be clearable US Citizen Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and superior attention to detail. Demonstrated project management experience working on high level projects, executing multiple tasks and working closely with customers. Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proven ability to work in a team-based environment working cross-departmentally to complete projects as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, initiative and follow-through, and flexibility and responsiveness to changing requirements and conditions. Demonstrated ability to think analytically and reason strategically. Ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences. A collaborative and engaging nature. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work to deadlines are essential. Ability to solve problems and prioritize needs in a variety of situations where immediate decisions may be necessary. Excellent computer skills with competence in Word, Excel, and Outlook necessary. Central focus on

technical writing process documentation: Standard operating procedures (SOPs). PMP certification. Familiarity with ICEP. Additional Information
