and we are currently hiring Private Equity Staffing Solutions Services Account Managers in the Metro DC areas due to significant growth throughout the region! The core service offerings of the Private Equity Staffing Solutions Team include the full life cycle strategic staffing support and tactical recruiting of

C-Suite

and other high caliber individuals specializing in due diligence, integration planning, and implementation support across the full M&A transaction spectrum. Our team recruits virtually for various hot markets throughout the Contingent US. If you're a confident Recruiter, working a full desk, building out a book of billable clients and/or placeable candidates from scratch, then we would be interested in talking. We work a split desk doing both client side development and candidate sourcing and recruiting. Our Private Equity Staffing Solutions Team identifies and sources talent in the following areas: Mergers & Acquisitions Experts Organization Design Experts Post-Acquisition Integration Experts Investment Execution Experts Business Transformations Experts Financial Modelling Experts (CAPEX) Capital Investment Experts Strategic Advisory Experts Financial Advisory Experts Chief Executive Officers Relationship Managers Chief Technology Officers Product Design Experts Advisory Board Members Vice Presidents Key Points to know first: This will entail working as a 1099 Contract hire from a remote office on a full commission (50/50 split!) You keep 1/2 of what you gross! We will equip you with the largest group of corporate contact leads found anywhere for you to develop your lines of business (SalesProspex) We provide a LinkedIn Recruiter account, Robust Database/ATS/CRM to work from, corporate email accounts, an employee intranet page with tons of resources, Training classes, seminars, and sessions, job board accounts, branding, invoicing, and legal, etc. We also provide a RingCentral cloud based phone line and extension so you can enjoy free long distance as well as fax, conferencing, online meetings, and sms messaging with the RingCentral smartphone or softphone app You handle your own home office expenses and your own taxes You work with our team and communicate daily Work splits, collaborate, teach the team about your client accounts and work together to synergize on deals. Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business and potential target clients through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, scheduling meetings and relationship building to grow account base. Present Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent Placement services to companies in the local marketplace. In this role, you will work directly with Existing and New Clients. Our service is continuous for most of our clients and the need to maintain and develop long term business partnerships is at its core. Employ a consultative sales approach with C-level executives, middle management and Human Resources. Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers in IT Leadership, Recruiting and Human Resources across all industries. Conduct in-person meetings with decision makers to understand their human capital challenges and recommend solutions. Effectively follow up with prospects to develop business relationships through CRM via phone contact, email, and in-person meetings and populate the CRM and ATS systems accordingly. Build synergy within the team and organization; develop personal referral network Partner with staffing/recruiting team to ensure superior staffing service to clients. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a “hunter” personality that is not afraid to meet new people and build lasting relationships. This person will be a self-starter that is never micro-managed and driven by success. The individual should possess a strong network of contacts at technology centric private equity and hedge funds, as well as at later-stage venture capital firms, and demonstration of prior business relationships with such firms is a requirement for this position. The ability to build, cultivate, and manage client relationships while expanding the SouthTek Resources Private Equity Staffing Solutions client portfolio. A documented track record for achieving targeted objectives is required. Must have a strong sales mentality and a general understanding of a sales lifecycle from sourcing / lead generation to closing business. Possess critical thinking skills, supported by intellectual curiosity and sound business judgment. Outstanding telephone presence and superior written communication skills, Team player and Natural Leader, Competitive, Savvy with social media platforms, Strong attention to detail, Highly Organized, Highly Energetic, Positive, Persistent, Self-starter who thrives on high levels of activity. Strong negotiating and cold calling experience required. The ability to work from a remote office is required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not a deal killer.
