Duties
As a Records and Information Management Specialist, you will:
Work with cross-functional teams to develop document control procedures for technical documentation and its deployment in the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) document management systems.
Ensure proper coordination, integration, and compatibility of short and long-range program objectives and policies.
Conduct periodic records inventory and surveys for the purpose of gathering and analyzing data to evaluate the implementation the effectiveness of all aspects of the WTCHP records management program.
Provide support for collecting documents from multiple sources into a centralized system while eliminating data duplication and ensuring data integrity.
Prepare support documentation and training materials for document management plans.
