Location New York City, NY, United States Posted on Feb 23, 2021 Profile We are looking for a Senior Managing Director to join one of our NYC offices. As a Senior Managing Director, you will partner with the executive management team and be responsible for leading a team of Agents. This position will manage brokerage office operations including: recruiting, training, coaching Agents and managing office staff. Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): Manage the Agent recruitment process by establishing recruiting goals. Build and grow the careers of both new and experienced Agents. Manage the office support staff to ensure adequate coverage and smooth workflow in the office. Manage Agent retention and consult with President to develop and implement retention strategies to retain top producers and performers. Handle listings agreements and negotiations. Coach Agents as needed in the transaction process. Handle all Agents and customer concerns/complaints. Conduct sales meetings. Establish and manage office operating performance on a monthly basis. Requirements: Must hold an active real estate license, with at least 7-10 years of working experience in real estate. Excellent communication, written, oral and presentation skills including effective managerial skill sets. Proven ability to motivate and lead a team. Excellent coaching skills. Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor. Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
