Overview
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a
Project Execution Manager
to join our team on the upcoming Enterprise DISA JSP ETM Services 2.0 program. This position is onsite in the Washington, DC area. Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the entire ECP lifecycle from requirement gathering through to closeout. Work with JSP Customer Relationship Managers to document customer network requirements and clarify project scope. Ensure that ECPs are aligned with JSP's strategic goals and infrastructure requirements. Manage project workflows for both regular and expedited ECPs, delivering solutions within specified timeframes. Draft technical solutions, cost estimates, and schedules for each ECP in alignment with JSP and customer requirements. Utilize the Government-provided ECP Catalog to classify ECPs into categories (No Cost, Small, Medium, Large, or Complex). Coordinate with COR and ACOR to obtain approval on proposed solutions, hardware and software requirements, and project costs. Create and maintain Project Management Plans (PMPs), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for all ECPs. Develop baselined project schedules and track critical paths, major milestones, and dependencies. Ensure schedules are adhered to and that all updates reflect current project status and identified dependencies. Engage regularly with customers and stakeholders to communicate project updates, address queries, and provide technical support as required. Ensure clarity of project scope and deliverables for both JSP internal stakeholders and external customers. Oversee quality assurance inspections upon project completion, ensuring all project elements meet specified standards. Prepare and submit Delivery, Receipt, and Acceptance (DI&A) forms for customer sign-off within 10 business days post-completion. Ensure project documentation is archived and stored on a shared network for future reference. Manage a staging facility for turnkey materials and maintenance items, ensuring effective space utilization for ECPs. Track project materials and manage the distribution and delivery systems for necessary hardware and components. Ensure all Government security requirements are met for classified areas and during all phases of project execution. Oversee project compliance with JSP standards, DISA requirements, and Government security policies, ensuring alignment with ECP guidelines. Provide regular ECP Status Reports and updates to the COR and ACOR, including project status and financial tracking. Maintain records of ECP schedules, estimates, project documents, and archived ECPs for both internal and Government access. Qualifications
Active Secret clearance. Bachelor's in related field, 5+ years as a Lead Project Manager; 5+ years within the DOD environment. A solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes. Proven self-management and team-management skills. Ability to monitor and control project budgets. Capability to make decisions under pressure.
