Involves the resident in planning recreation objectives and goals for the resident. Integrates resident with the communality through facility activities and outings. Creates a strong positive image and establishes good relationships within the community, which may include press relations, promotional activities, scrapbooks, and displays in the facility. Qualifications: This position is required to drive the community bus and this function does require the candidate to pass a specific driving history background check (MVR). This position will be required to work two evenings per week and one weekend per month. Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related field, certification as an Activity Professional preferred. Two years activities management experience preferred.
