Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Lead Cloud Architect to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant will lead the design and implementation of security measures for cloud-based solutions, ensuring our cloud infrastructure and solutions are exceptionally secure and compliant.

Job Responsibilities
As a Lead Cloud Security Architect, you will:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex cloud and cloud infrastructure solutions that meet Government requirements.
Develop and implement cloud architecture standards and best practices.
Work closely with development teams to ensure the infrastructure supports the software development life cycle, including continuous integration and deployment.
Lead the DevOps team in developing automation tools and processes to streamline software development and deployment.
Ensure that cloud infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure.
Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to detect and diagnose issues in the cloud infrastructure and software applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other architects and engineers.
Evaluate new cloud technologies and common services and make recommendations for their use.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based solutions.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with CSPs and vendors.
Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud architecture solutions.
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Eligible to acquire and uphold Government Security Clearance.
8+ years of experience in cloud architecture with public cloud providers (certificate preferred) such as AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP environments, and at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
2+ years of experience working in a DoD or other Federal Government environment.
Experience with FedRAMP or FedRAMP+ environments.
Any Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level 2 or above
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
Proven experience designing and implementing highly scalable, available, and fault-tolerant cloud-based infrastructure solutions. Experience leading DevOps teams and implementing automation tools and processes. Strong knowledge of network architecture and security principles. Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
