Cathode Development Lead
to lead the development of advanced cathode materials for solid-state batteries. This role involves spearheading research initiatives, managing a multidisciplinary team, and optimizing formulations to enhance battery performance. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in materials science and expertise in cathode chemistry, with a proven track record in the battery industry. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide a team of researchers and engineers in cathode material development. Innovate and improve cathode formulations to achieve superior performance in energy density, cycle life, and reliability. Design and implement experimental studies to assess material properties and performance metrics. Collaborate across departments to incorporate new materials into functional battery systems. Interpret experimental results and provide strategic recommendations for product enhancement. Create detailed technical documentation and deliver presentations summarizing research outcomes. Ensure that all research and development activities meet regulatory and industry standards. Manage laboratory resources, including equipment and material inventory. Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field. Over 5 years of experience in developing cathode materials, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Comprehensive understanding of cathode chemistry and solid-state battery materials. Strong leadership and project management skills with a history of successful team coordination. Proficient in analyzing complex data and solving technical challenges. Outstanding communication skills for conveying complex information effectively. Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Benefits:
