This non-profit is seeking a temporary Meeting Program Manager to coordinate large and small-scale meetings, events, marketing material, and general program needs. You are the lifeline to junior staff within the department and liaison to senior leadership across departments. The ideal professional has three-to-five years of experience and a general interest in women’s health. About the Job: Manage departmental objectives by streamlining processes for meeting coordination across various levels of staff. Communicate cross-departmentally to progress projects. Formalize and execute meetings from start-to-finish, including but not limited to vendor selections such as venue, catering, etc., speaker engagements, materials and meeting logistics, and communication to all parties. Work with staff to implement marketing material and communication to deploy across community subgroups. Stay privy to relevant policy changes within the healthcare industry. Coordinate meetings, take active meeting notes, provide follow-up materials and summaries to all necessary parties. Assist with administrative tasks such as electronic filing, scanning documents, maintenance, and updating files as needed. Oversee financial tracking and budgeting concerns, ensuring information is accurately submitted through the online portal. This is a temporary opportunity seeking a three-to-five month commitment. About You: Degreed and demonstrated experience. You have at least three years of project and meeting management preferably within a non-profit or healthcare office environment. Check-lists.
