The Sr. Director, FP&A will partner directly with the leadership team to drive, measure and manage key financial metrics within product sourcing, logistics and distribution, build robust operating processes, develop strategic plans, and drive standardization of scalable best practices across all channels. This position will lead and provide financial guidance and support to the organization.
Your Impact
Financial leadership, P&L management, and decision support for the organization, including assistance with ES&OP and regional S&OP meetings. Monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range financial planning processes related to capital investments, network modeling, and supply chain costs. Leading in-depth financial, variance, and trending analyses for key profitability drivers and other financial and non-financial metrics. Interpret results and articulate actionable recommendations to maximize profitability and ensure financial targets are achieved. Collaborate with FP&A partners within Product Categories and our four geographic regions. Support business development initiatives (e.g. product launches, inventory management, entrance to new distribution and markets, etc.) through strategic analysis, investment optimization analytics, valuation, and financial due diligence. Lead and drive the preparation for effective accountability reviews with leadership. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with typically 15 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 13 years of relevant experience or typically 19 years of relevant experience without degree. Typically 8+ years of management experience; or equivalent experience as the subject matter lead or expert in area of expertise. Team player with demonstrated ability to lead and influence others outside of their direct-reporting lines. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, financial results, and actionable recommendations. Demonstrated leadership skills, willingness to “do what it takes” to get the job done, and commitment to challenging the status quo to make things better. Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, cash flow valuation, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and ROI, NPV, and IRR analyses. Workplace Location

Relocation may be provided up to a specified amount. Base Compensation
$191,572.00 - $263,411.50 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
