Your Role and Responsibilities As a Brand Technical Specialist, you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust, and show them how IBM's industry-leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business. A typical day may involve: Storage Strategy Creation:
Creating client strategies for storage solutions. Enhanced Storage Solutions:
Defining IBM storage options to improve existing technology. Proof of Concept Delivery:
Providing proofs of concept and simplifying technical topics for client understanding. Complex Cloud Deal Closure:
Building trust to successfully close complex cloud tech deals. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Business-Tech Alignment: Experience aligning business goals with tech solutions. Stakeholder Consensus Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for achieving consensus among stakeholders. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Storage Market Expertise: Storage market knowledge to be a trusted client advisor (training on IBM's storage offerings is provided).
