Primary Job Duties: Strategic Responsibilities: 50% Operationalize Strategic Plans:

Translate the Digital team’s strategic goals into actionable tasks and projects, driving business outcomes, alignment and accountability across stakeholders. Develop and Implement Plans:

Contribute to the creation and execution of short, medium, and long-term strategies for the Oracle alliance, ensuring alignment with Baker Tilly’s strategic goals. Monitor and Support Strategy Execution:

Actively track the progress of ongoing initiatives tied to the Digital team’s strategy, addressing challenges and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Evaluate and Improve Alliance Activities:

Assess the effectiveness of Oracle alliance activities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Act as Oracle Alliance Expert:

Serve as the primary expert on the Oracle alliance, handling requests creatively and adapting processes to meet evolving internal and external needs. Support Cross-Alliance Collaboration:

Collaborate with other Digital-Enterprise Packaged Solutions alliance leads to share best practices and support joint initiatives to maximize value across Digital-Enterprise Packaged Solutions alliances. Evaluate New Partnerships:

Participate in the evaluation of potential new alliance relationships to expand strategic opportunities aligned with team strategy. Maintain and Grow Existing Partnerships:

Drive revenue and market growth by collaborating with partners, internal teams, and sales organizations, managing joint campaigns, and reporting KPIs to showcase Baker Tilly's unique capabilities. Maximize Business Value:

Identify and communicate the business value that the Oracle alliance offers to Baker Tilly’s clients, ensuring the availability of messaging assets to support marketing, sales and networking. Conduct Cost-Benefit Analysis:

Analyze the detailed costs and benefits of Baker Tilly's participation in Oracle alliance programs to guide strategic decisions and mitigate risks. Develop a Personal Brand:

Establish yourself as a strategic connector who aligns Oracle’s capabilities, product innovations, and sales and marketing strengths with Baker Tilly’s services, client objectives, and evolving market trends. Foster Relationships for Growth:

Develop, support and nurture Oracle relationships to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Collaborate on Go-to-Market Strategies:

Work with Digital-Oracle Solutions leadership, Digital marketing and delivery teams to create strategies for partnering with Oracle Sales, Alliances, and Product teams, aimed at expanding Baker Tilly’s client base. Leverage Oracle Enablement Resources:

Ensure the Digital marketing team understands and utilizes Oracle's go-to-market enablement resources to support firm marketing. Coordinate with Marketing for Asset Creation:

Collaborate with the DIG marketing team to create assets that align with Baker Tilly’s messaging and marketing guidelines and serve as a liaison between marketing and practice leadership. Develop Strategic Campaigns:

Partner with the Sales Development team to design and execute strategic outreach campaigns targeting Oracle, potential clients, and existing customers. Share Key Updates:

Communicate the latest Oracle alliance developments, product updates, and positioning to internal sales and technical teams. Administrative Responsibilities: 25% Oracle Partner Network (OPN) Administration: Manage the renewal of annual partnership contracts and agreements, working closely with practice leadership and legal. Oversee Baker Tilly's involvement in Oracle systems, portals, programs, and sites, ensuring certification requirements are met. Assist in assigning certification goals to ensure OPN requirements are met. Promote awareness of upcoming Oracle training sessions and workshops, ensuring team members leverage these opportunities. Coordinate Recurring Meetings: Organize regular meetings with key Oracle alliance, product, and sales stakeholders, including scheduling, agenda preparation, content creation, and tracking action items to completion. Track and Report Key Metrics: Track and report on key metrics that support the Oracle alliance strategy like co-sell and return on investment from sales activities, conferences and events. This includes gathering/creating content, and tracking and managing assigned action items to ensure content is completed in time for distribution. Tailor messaging and recommendations from research in formats for various audiences including managers, sales leads, partners, clients, and other stakeholders within the alliance network. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or Sales Management, or other related field Minimum of 12 years in Professional Services and Marketing/Channel/Sales, supporting System Integrators, ISVs, and Resellers Familiarity with technology vendor partner ecosystems and a track record in building alliance/sales/partner relationships with business and technical teams Strong understanding of digital transformation drivers in the following technology domains: DevOps, Agile Development, Cloud Migrations, Data & Analytics, Packaged Software, etc. Ability to provide exceptional client service, research and resolve issues, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current regarding strategies and regulations, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties Ability to translate transformation strategy to individual, interdependent initiatives and tactical activities necessary to deliver intended value Demonstrate confidence engaging executives and management while developing trusted relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders Must be able to travel up to 30% The compensation range for this role is $203,900 to $441,780. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
