Duties: Handle labor and employment litigation matters. Provide counseling on employment law issues. Assist with class action cases, if applicable. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Requirements: Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Washington. Outstanding academic record preferred (Top 25% of law school class). 2+ years of employment litigation and/or employment law counseling experience. Education: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the Washington State Bar. Skills: Strong legal research and writing skills. Experience in labor and employment law. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
