You will use leadership and problem-solving skills to lead and assist with the daily operations of the global Communications Platform. Additionally, you will play a role in managing and leading the development of key aspects of planning, measurement, and overall strategy for the operational excellence across the team. Who? Twilio is looking for a leader that: Experience with creating, developing, and communicating Executive Level materials required Strong presentation and documentation skills to manage internal and external partners Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to convey a clear message to clients and the business Ability to solve business problems through data driven methodologies Great teammate, able to work cross-functionally as the success of this role will be dependent on working closely with other teams across the company Positive and self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude and a real passion for making things happen Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent problem-solving skills Highly resourceful What? As the VP of Strategy and Operations you will: Collaborate with cross-functional executive team members to settle and prioritize business strategies Develop and supervise standard key performance indicators, team scorecard, goals, and success metrics and how to report and measure globally Lead critical initiatives and projects Handle budget (with leadership and finance) and ensuring on-plan delivery of costs and outcomes Develop clear and concise executive level communications, including presentations for high visibility projects, programs and initiatives Facilitate regular team communications and updates as well as planning, coordinating, and keeping contents of meetings, such as Operating Reviews, quarterly business reviews with key partners Identify continued process improvement opportunities and execute plans to drive improvements Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork Work with HR Business partners to build development and training opportunities for the Communications Platform Group Why? Compensation: In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. Salary: $250,000-300,000 Denver/Boulder Metro: Salary Range: Developing Minimum - Premium Mid Rest of Colorado: Salary Range: Developing Minimum - Premium Mid Sales Commission: Additionally, this role is eligible to earn commissions and eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan. Non Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
