As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented E-Commerce Manager to take charge of our online sales channels and drive our e-commerce business to the next level. Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee all aspects of our online sales operations across platforms including Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and a proven track record of managing successful online sales channels. This is a dynamic in-office role requiring creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for growing sales in the collectibles industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain our Shopify website, ensuring accurate product listings, promotions, and content. Oversee sales and inventory on third-party marketplaces like eBay, Walmart, and Amazon, optimizing listings for maximum visibility and performance. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to grow sales across all platforms. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and increased revenue. Handle order processing, fulfillment, and customer service for online transactions. Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Collaborate with the inventory and marketing teams to create engaging promotions and manage stock levels. Drive SEO and keyword optimization for product listings. Troubleshoot technical issues and work with developers or support teams when necessary. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. Marketplace Expertise: Hands-on experience selling on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and other online marketplaces. Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and marketplace algorithms. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with POS systems and integrations between platforms. Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage large inventories with accuracy.
