The Position: The Contracts Administrator is a key member of the operations team serving as a swiss army knife able to adapt to and accomplish myriad tasks as needed. This person enjoys solving puzzles and thrives on implementing operational efficiencies to support a foundation that enables our consultants to do their best work. The Contracts Administrator is intellectually curious and tech-savvy. They appreciate a collaborative work environment and open exchange of ideas, and can also work heads-down independently. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Subcontract Administration Prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Teaming Agreements, and other related agreements Coordinate all subcontract documentation, awards, and modifications with subcontractors and the Director of Contracts Perform all subcontract compliance including organizing all paperwork such as teaming agreements, NDAs, MSAs, subcontracts, etc. Manage subcontractor onboarding / offboarding and perform subcontract closeout activities Develop and maintains Small Business Subcontracting plans, as applicable Prepare data for modifications to assigned contracts to include maintaining contract databases, spreadsheets, contract documents and contract files Monitor, file and track Subcontracts, Task Orders, Modifications, and other related agreements for performance of Contract. Prepare and disseminate internal reports regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination. Prepare and administer Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) required federal subcontract reports to the FFATA Sub-award Reporting System (FSRS) Coordinate performance monitoring of subcontractors and management of vendors to include oversight of Subcontractor compliance w/ Subcontract terms, including Prime Contract flow down clauses Research and assist to resolve subcontract issues. Monitors subcontract financial commitments in coordination with Director of Contracts and Project Control. Lead the implementation of a new contracts system of record (Unanet) and own the management of the system and its updates Prepares, organizes and maintains contract and subcontract electronic records and paper files and conducts periodic file audits Coordinate and maintain CPARs evaluations Oversee contract compliance to align with Federal regulations Conduct security onboarding for new employees by executing agreements (NDAs, etc) as required by Censeo and agencies Maintain record of employee education and years’ experience for compliance with labor category requirements Initiate personnel security clearances at government agencies Support Project Managers with client-specific security requirements Support IT compliance strategies and activities to mitigate security risk and ensure contract compliance Maintain internal and project security records Support compliance with ISO standards The Ideal Candidate: AtCenseo, we arelooking for unique candidates whose passion and enthusiasm willhelp shapeCenseo’sclient insights and workplace culture.Our staff have a wide range of backgrounds, areas of expertise,personality types,andfavorite breakfast foods.Our clientand culturalsuccessesarerooted inour team’sinnovation,creative problem solving, andcollaboration. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including federal acquisition (FAR) regulations. Knowledge of laws governing federal contractor reporting requirements, such as the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA). Ability to work independently across numerous concurrent actions under tight deadlines and set appropriate Service Level Expectations with project staff. Ability to identify subcontract issues and problems and make independent recommendations to direct supervisor(s), program staff, and business unit management. An intellectual curiosity and energy towards learning new things and ability to identify opportunities for continued professional development. Excellent organizational skills.
