The Engineered Items Antenna and Power Team has a great opportunity for an experienced Procurement Professional/Subcontract Manager in a highly collaborative role where you will lead in the sourcing and acquisition of materials and services, manage supplier performance, and the entire purchase order life cycle for DoD, FMS, and DCS customers within the procurement team. What You Will Do:
Train and mentor a team of procurement professionals in all aspects of procurement including policies, procedures, metrics, and SAP/PRISM. Handle new hire onboarding and manage all internal and government audits including preparation of CPSR audit. Place purchase orders of medium to high complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements. Support negotiation strategies and formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, scope, Terms & Conditions). Work closely with the Program and other functional groups (Operations, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, etc.) to achieve objectives. Maintain post-award purchase order management to ensure accurate and timely supplier delivery information. Qualifications You Must Have:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience. Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, management, finance, or a similar role. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer:
SAP/PRISM based environment experience. Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and service – including Statement of Work (SOW) review. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS). Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price etc.). What We Offer:
