ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE (EBS) APPLICATION DEVELOPER

Primary Responsibilities: HDR's Oracle EBS Application Developer will work with analysts and business users to develop, maintain, support and extend the Oracle EBS R12 applications, preparing detailed technical specifications from which programs will be written, and will have responsibility for the technical design, development, documentation, testing, implementation and support of extensions and sustainment of the EBS applications. Specific duties include: utilizing Oracle technical tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, JDeveloper, OAF, Forms, APEX, Visual Builder, Oracle Workflow, BI-Publisher, WEB ADI, and PL/SQL to develop solutions to support the business and to enhance functionality based on business requirements; working closely with the business and others in IT to develop new solutions and extend the functionality of EBS; following established software development life cycle process for code development through code release and support; coordinating, analyzing, designing and developing reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows; working with functional team leads and IT counterparts to systematically analyze, cleanse, and maintain ERP data and resolve current production issues; and helping maintain interfaces from third party systems for import/export into/from Oracle EBS R12. Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (foreign equivalent accepted) and 2 years' experience in Oracle EBS development OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (foreign equivalent accepted) and 4 years' experience in Oracle EBS development. Required experience must include experience in: designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle EBS modules; Oracle development tools including OAF, Oracle Forms, Workflow Builder, Web ADI, and BI Publisher; developing Oracle RICE components; and PL/SQL.
