As our Solution Architect, you'll play a key role in shaping innovative, scalable, and high-performing solutions that align with our strategic vision and meet our clients' needs. What you'll do Solution Design: Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design comprehensive solutions that meet project requirements, emphasising scalability, security, performance, and integration to drive successful outcomes. Technical Leadership: Lead and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing architecture expertise and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development, infrastructure, and data management. System Integration: Develop architectural blueprints and integration patterns that enable seamless data flow and efficient processes across systems, applications, and services within the organization. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment among team members and stakeholders. Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential technical risks and proactively develop strategies to address challenges, enhancing the stability and reliability of the solution. Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and refine system performance, recommending optimizations to improve efficiency, response times, and resource utilization. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and ensure solutions align with business objectives. Quote-to-Cash Domain Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash process-including pricing, contract negotiation, order management, billing, and revenue recognition-to address common challenges, propose effective solutions, and ensure seamless revenue operations that maximize financial outcomes and customer satisfaction. Who You'll Work With: Collaborate with internal and external teams, including sales, engineers, and customer services, to drive project success. What You Bring: Experience: 8 years in SaaS or enterprise software as a Solution Architect. Technical Mastery: Strong command of programming, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture. Strategic Thinking: Skilled in scalable system design and end-to-end problem-solving. Collaboration: Excellent communication to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or IT, plus relevant certifications (preferred). Ready to design solutions that make a difference?
