IT Endpoint Management Analyst (Hybrid)

General Description: The IT Endpoint Management Analyst will be responsible for working with the Endpoint Management Engineers in implementing and maintaining Enterprise-class products to support Windows desktops and server environments. This includes Operating System configuration and deployment, as well as software, drivers, patches, and other items that can be centrally deployed and managed. Additionally, the IT Endpoint Management Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting on application deployments and systems managed by the IT Endpoint Management team. As well as collaborating with the team to maintain these systems to ensure a high level of quality control and a positive end user experience with firm applications. Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: Work with other teams to understand and help with any necessary integrations with products maintained by the Endpoint Management team. Work with Engineers to design, implement and maintain a standard desktop platform for firm applications. Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) SCCM Integration for task sequence creation and maintenance. Gold image creation with Windows 10 for both physical and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Autopilot configuration and deployment using Microsoft Intune. Create and evaluate standardized installations for approved applications to automate delivery to endpoints. Software update patch management using SCCM and Ivanti Patch for SCCM Patching of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office products, and third-party products such as Java, Zoom, Flash, Adobe Acrobat, etc. Knowledge with creation/implementation/maintenance of Microsoft Group Policy and Intune policies for management of the Windows desktop environment Basic knowledge with scripting in Windows PowerShell Develop and manage Quality Assurance processes to provide assurance and credibility that workstations and deployments function correctly. Consult with technical staff and users on the evaluation and integration of new and/or specialized technologies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PC hardware specifications and configurations. Ability to triage issues; work with internal teams and vendor support to drive resolution. Generating reports and report templates to show compliance with current policies and deployments. Incident and problem response through the Service Now ticketing system. Special project and duties as assigned. Required Qualifications & Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field 2 years of experience in an enterprise environment with System Center Configuration manager (SCCM) and/or Intune. 4 years supporting desktop/server systems in an enterprise environment. Key Requirements: Application delivery automation Patch management Endpoint imaging Package creation, management, and deployment Configuration baselines Experience with performing technical analysis and resolution of application and hardware issues related to the Microsoft desktop/server environments. Strong experience with recent Windows workstation operating systems. Intermediate experience with recent Windows server operating systems. Strong experience with recent Microsoft Office Products Basic experience creating successful testing environments. Experience with Information Security best practices and baselines. Experience with basic change management procedures. Experience with Ivanti products is a plus. Experience with legal vertical applications is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
