Work Authorization Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Roles & Responsibilities: Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project objectives are clearly defined and achievable. - Oversee the development and implementation of project plans using Agile methodologies. - Provide guidance and support to Scrum teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles. Coordinate with collaborators to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business goals. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and collaborators. Qualifications Scrum Master with 8 to 11 years of experience. Expertise in Agile Methodologies, Agile, Scrum, and CX-Scrum Master. Domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. Excellent project management skills to drive successful project outcomes.
