Client Services Coordinator (Production Assistant)
3 Month Assignment with potential to extend
Fully onsite in Culver City, CA
Normal business hours plus nights and weekends as needed 
Pay up to $25 per hour w2
  • Must have a reliable car and provide proof of insurance.

The Client Services Coordinator / Parking will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including restocking supplies, managing parking logistics, and coordinating client escorts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Restocking:
    • Maintain and restock stages and common areas.
    • Refresh supplies in the client lounge at daily.
  • Breakfast Coordination:
    • Deliver breakfast by 8:45 AM and remove leftovers by 10:30 AM from all areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization before the day starts.
  • Cleaning Schedule:
    • Submit and oversee the daily cleaning schedule to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Lunch and Runs Support:
    • Place orders, pick up, and deliver lunch as needed.
  • Foley Requests:
    • Responsible for purchasing special Foley requests from clients.
  • Parking Management:
    • Assign parking spaces and respond to parking-related emails.
    • Manage client service stage-side parking decals (issued bi-annually).
    • Ensure all parking signage is up to date.
    • Report unauthorized vehicles to security and maintain the parking assignment log in the office.
  • Client Escorts:
    • Organize and manage daily escort lists.
    • Distribute escort copies to all gates and place copies in golf carts.
  • Golf Cart Maintenance:
    • Arrange for servicing of golf carts as needed.
  • Mail Management:
    • Pick up and respond to emails regarding packages and deliveries.
 
 
 
 
 
Qualifications
 
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in client services, facilities coordination, or a similar role preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the entertainment or event management industry.
 
 
Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using other office software.
  • Basic understanding of parking management systems and protocols.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and potentially weekends, based on client needs.
