Onsite-Facilities Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Middle Village, NY.
The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:
  • Associate's degree
  • Two (2) years' experience
  • MS Excel
  • Ability to work onsite daily; M-F 8am – 5pm
  • Pay Range: $22 - $24/hr depending on experience
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Vendor escort for maintenance/service
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Tracking spends on budget sheet
  • Reporting if any issues or needed repair
  • Entering Badges/Access
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • Associate's Degree
  • Two (2) years' experience
  • MS Excel
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:          
  • Prefer that candidate has Finance background
  • OSHA nice to have
