Onsite-Marketing Assistant needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Irvine, CA.
The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:
  • Proficient with InDesign, MS Office (calendar & Teams main use)
  • Familiar with Photoshop
  • Ability to go onsite daily; working M-F 8am -5pm
  • Pay Range: $28 - $34/hr depending on experience
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Data Entry, making database updates
  • Listing Updates
  • Marketing and Design Work
  • Expense and Marketing Reporting
  • Manage Marketing budget and Team budget & spend
  • Listing agreements and paperwork
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) plus years' experience
  • Proficient with InDesign, MS Office (calendar & Teams main use)
  • Familiar with Photoshop
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:          
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Real estate license preferred (knowing terminology)
  • Background in graphic design
