Technicality Skills:

• Electrical System Installation:
• Proficient in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial buildings, including lighting, wiring, and control systems.
• Blueprint Reading:
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute projects accurately.
• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:
• Skilled in diagnosing electrical issues and implementing practical solutions.
• Conduit Installation:
• Experience bending, cutting, and installing electrical conduits using EMT, PVC, and other materials.
• Pane Installs,l Upgrades and Distribution:
• Knowledge of installing and upgrading electrical panels, breakers, and distribution systems.
• Code Compliance:
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes to ensure all work meets regulatory standards.
• Testing and Measurement Tools:
• Proficient in using tools such as multimeters, circuit testers, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Control Systems and Automation:
• Experience in installing and troubleshooting commercial control systems.

• Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and mentor junior electricians.

• Efficient in planning and executing projects to meet deadlines and budget requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience as a Lead Electrician in a commercial setting
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation techniques, and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Valid electrician's license in Ohio (or ability to obtain one)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Columbus and surrounding areas
