Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute projects accurately. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Skilled in diagnosing electrical issues and implementing practical solutions. Conduit Installation: Experience bending, cutting, and installing electrical conduits using EMT, PVC, and other materials. Pane Installs,l Upgrades and Distribution: Knowledge of installing and upgrading electrical panels, breakers, and distribution systems. Code Compliance: Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes to ensure all work meets regulatory standards. Testing and Measurement Tools: Proficient in using tools such as multimeters, circuit testers, and other diagnostic equipment. Control Systems and Automation: Experience in installing and troubleshooting commercial control systems. Soft Skills: Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and mentor junior electricians.
