What you'll do:

Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Specialist to support and enhance the organization's use of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications. The role will focus on the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of Oracle EBS modules, including Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, Accounts Payable, iSupplier, Employee Payroll, HR, and General Ledger. The ideal candidate will have experience with EBS modules, a deep understanding of business processes, and a strong background in system integration and optimization.

Responsibilities: Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle E-Business Suite modules (Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Procurement Contracts, HR, General Ledger, etc.). Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for users of Oracle EBS, resolving issues related to application functionality, integrations, and system performance. Manage the integration of Oracle EBS with other enterprise systems (e.g., financial management tools and third-party applications) and customize modules to meet the specific business needs of the organization. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency using Oracle EBS modules. Develop and deliver training to end-users on the effective use of Oracle EBS modules. Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Support the accurate and timely reporting of financial, procurement, and HR data using Oracle EBS tools. Assist in the creation of customized reports and dashboards. Ensure that Oracle EBS is configured and used in compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, particularly in relation to procurement, payroll, and financial management. Work with internal teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to address system requirements, issues, and improvements. Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:

Ten (10) years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, specifically Purchasing, iProcurement, Accounts Payable, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, HR, and General Ledger. Experience in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS applications. Proven experience working with system integrations and customizations within Oracle EBS. Strong understanding of business processes in procurement, finance, HR, and inventory management. Experience with Oracle tools and technologies such as Oracle SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or migrating legacy Oracle EBS to the cloud. Knowledge of Oracle Financials, iSupplier, and iProcurement specific configurations and best practices. Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Database. Ability to create customized reports using Oracle tools (e.g., Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Reports). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users. Clearance:
