Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Administrator to manage our HR technologies. As our HRIS Administrator you will coordinate and manage the successful design, strategy, and delivery of people processes through tools, technology, and data leveraging our HRIS systems (ADP, Greenhouse). You are the subject matter expert in ADP, HRIS tools, and an integral HR partner to collaborate and share information. This position ensures that change management processes are in place to drive adoption and engagement of the HR processes and tools.
Day to Day Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise for all Human Resources Information Systems Oversees and maintains optimal function of internal HRIS systems, primarily ADP; which may also include database management, network support, installation, customization, development, user support and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules. Manages all employee data and records within the system. Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and compliance by implementing and monitoring data entry standards and practices. Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations & settings for HRIS systems users. HR liaison between Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS system design and implementation projects. Develops and maintains HRIS reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance metrics. Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports. Plans, develops, tests, and implements the HR systems upgrades, or transitions including supporting data migration activities during HRIS implementations, upgrades, or transitions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects. Monitors HR systems for system performance and identify processes that may need improvement. Audits data across integrated HR systems to guarantee integrity, completeness, and accuracy. Perform regular trouble shooting and testing of applicable HR Systems and provide relevant and timely feedback. Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. Ensures the HR systems reports are properly displaying report data. Understands business stakeholder's needs to develop new and more efficient processes within the HR systems to better manage the company's changing needs. Collaborates with HR staff to identify system to identify and implement system and process improvements related to HR workflows, automation, data management, and reporting; recommends and implements solutions. Creates or update appropriate user documentation and procedures as needed; assist with training users on updated system functionality and provide training. Assists employees with HR systems questions and seek resolutions quickly. Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications. Other duties as Assigned Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field or equivalent experience. Five plus years of HRIS administration experience preferably with ADP Robust computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Strong data management skills, including data integrity, reporting, dashboards and data analytics. Knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures, labor laws and regulations to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals. Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with ADP Workforce Now, Greenhouse Extensive experience with ADP system configuration, user administration and table maintenance including Security, Reporting, Data Loads, Form Routing, End-User Troubleshooting, etc. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work effectively and work independently. Ability to interact with people in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism, communicate effectively with all levels of staff and collaborate across departments. Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Robust computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
