Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing complex IT systems to meet the business needs of our organization. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: System Analysis & Design : Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Design system solutions that meet the needs of the organization, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security. Requirements Gathering : Work closely with business users to gather, document, and understand business requirements. Lead efforts in defining system requirements and documenting workflows and processes. Solution Implementation : Oversee the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and integrations. Ensure systems are developed and deployed according to project timelines and business needs. Technical Support & Troubleshooting : Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for system issues. Serve as the point of contact for escalated technical problems, offering resolutions to system performance or integration issues. System Testing & Validation : Coordinate and conduct system testing to ensure systems meet business requirements and function properly. Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with software developers, network engineers, and business users to ensure the smooth integration of new systems. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Documentation & Training : Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines. Provide training to users on new systems, processes, or system upgrades. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements or enhancements to existing systems. Contribute to the long-term strategic planning of IT systems. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related role. Strong experience in systems analysis, design, and implementation. Proficiency in business analysis, project management, and IT solutions design. Expertise with databases, software applications, and systems integration. Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:
Experience with specific software tools or technologies relevant to the industry (e.g., ERP systems, CRM systems, cloud platforms). Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. Certification in systems analysis, business analysis, or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMP). Working Conditions:
Full-time position. Occasional travel may be required.
