Duties: Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to digital health startups and founder-led companies on regulatory compliance, focusing on federal, state, and commercial payer reimbursement, including value-based care and accountable care organizations. Advise on fraud and abuse issues, including Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark law, False Claims Act, fee-splitting, and state-specific fraud and abuse laws. Handle corporate practice of medicine and state law considerations for multi-state digital health practices. Support clients in navigating legal challenges related to healthcare technology, including artificial intelligence, healthcare IT, telehealth/telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, wearables, and health apps. Requirements: JD degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver. 2-4 years of experience in healthcare law with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, preferably within digital health. Strong interest in technology and its application in healthcare. Superior organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
