Join our team as a Quality Assurance Professional , where you will play a key role in shaping the future of our global management systems. Reporting to the Global Director of Compliance, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our existing systems, including ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and Responsible Recycling (R2), while also driving the implementation of new management systems related to environmental sustainability, safety, occupational health, security, and customer satisfaction. Perform periodic audits on all relative departmental operations and recommend corrective or preventive actions as necessary. Ability to manage internal and external audits to include certifications and customer audits. Stay current with all applicable regulatory requirements and adjust policies and procedures as necessary to remain in compliance. Interface with internal and external interested parties, third party auditing bodies, and regulatory agencies. Collect and analyze data to diagnose challenges and make recommendations for improvement. Coordinate improvement projects with operations teams ensuring desired outcomes. Project and program management experience to support global strategies. Support cross-functional teams to drive success in quality, EHS, operations initiatives. Apply and guide others in quality methodologies: Six Sigma, Lean, CAPA, Root Cause, Corrective Preventative Action, PCA, CIP, 8D. Support Quality Programs across multiple facilities through strong communication and collaboration. Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with of 3-5 years’ experience in regulatory compliance, environmental health and safety, quality assurance preferably in the IT and/or manufacturing industry. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified required, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred. Past experience with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, R2 and/or E-Stewards. Past internal/external auditing experience. Proven success in managing fully integrated QEHS management systems. Ability to manage end-to-end certifications process including internal audit, registrar management, audit schedule/prep, management review, internal corrective actions, and process audits. Ability to define and analyze operational performance metrics. Superior problem solving, team player, and communication skills Willingness to travel up to 20%, some may include international Applicants selected for this position must meet eligibility requirements for access to customer information regulated by theITAR.
