Program Manager ATS, RoW ATS Tech

We are looking for a motivated program manager to lead the transportation technology roadmap for Brazil business and bring BR operations to global standards.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will: Own and execute the product roadmap for ATS transportation-related products in Brazil. Work with key stakeholders across various functions to plan and execute launches of new tech products. Launch and expand the product as per Amazon’s requirements while being responsible for all customer and operator satisfaction, performance, compliance, and financial-related metrics. Use customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics to make informed decisions. Exhibit program and product expertise that connects, understands, and leverages company-wide assets and capabilities. Evaluate launch outcomes and reintegrate learning into the organization and product plan.
This role calls for an individual who can own all aspects of leveraging global technology to drive the highest-bar operator experience; manage performance and measure, determine, and drive any initiatives necessary to improve it. It requires an individual to showcase judgment and decision-making skills to balance customer experience with financial impact. This position offers broad exposure to various business, financial, and technical teams within Amazon.
The successful candidate will be a person who enjoys and excels at dealing with ambiguity and can design and define products with minimal information. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to create and sustain urgency, and a proven ability to lead large cross-functional projects, including communication across all levels and teams in the organization: senior leaders, technical teams, finance, fulfillment, and business leaders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of program or project management experience 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience 3+ years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
