The successful candidate will be responsible for the evaluation of new real estate projects, maintaining a strong understanding of the relevant markets, and preparing and presenting investment proformas. This role involves leading the structuring and negotiation of debt and equity, as well as overseeing the due diligence and closing processes for new investments. The Vice President will also be expected to maintain investor relationships, support the asset management team, and mentor junior staff members. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, with a BA or BS degree (an advanced degree is a plus). The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and Argus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work with various stakeholders across different projects. A high level of responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential for this position.
