We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth.
HR Business Partner Manager
The
HR Business Partner Manager
will be responsible for establishing a new site location in Wichita, KS, including managing and coordinating all HR functions and services for employees at that location. This role will support approximately 100 employees who will be responsible for assembling aircraft for our largest military contract in Bell's history. What you’ll be doing as an HR Business Partner Manager · Align HR work, initiatives, programs, and projects to critical business drivers and strategy · Influence cultural evolution through partnership with talent acquisition, providing context to reward systems, engaging directly with employees, developing leadership, managing talent, and working to create an inclusive environment. · Use systems models, diagnostics, and data to analyze organizational problems and provide solutions · Apply an array of strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve talent acquisition, retention, assessment, development, and career/professional growth · Build an active collaborative partnership with employee relations and manage the interface between the business, Labor and Employee Relations, and the HR organization. · Provide coaching to business leaders and working to improve effectiveness of leaders and teams · Demonstrate an energetic self-starter attitude through strong leadership skills, work ethic, and the highest level of integrity. · Grow HR and business understanding while partnering with leaders on varying team/business needs, pace and configurations (acquired employees, newly established teams, teams going through change) Qualifications Skills You Bring To this Role · Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or a related field (Graduate degree in business, HR or a related field preferred) · 5+ years progressive experience in HR disciplines with a strategic focus or equivalent experience (HR certification such as PHR, SPHR or GPHR preferred) · Experience coaching and influencing leaders · Ability to assess needs and design innovative solutions · Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive tactical execution · Demonstrated ability to work and gain credibility with leadership, employees and peers. · Track record of strong performance and significant contributions to the business. · Employment/Labor Law knowledge · Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and influence change · Capable and confident communicator with personal presence and ability to cultivate relationships · Self-directed and motivated. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Ability to navigate through complexity and matrixed environment · Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Experience in creative problem solving, influencing, change management, and eliminating barriers at any organizational level · Ability to develop trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results at all levels of the organization.
