The

Manager, HR Business Partner

is responsible for leading and developing a team of HR professionals who support the manufacturing shop floor including a union covered workforce. Additionally, will create, enforce, and train direct reports on best practices for workplace policies, HR procedures and interpreting and applying Bell’s collective bargaining agreements. The Manager, HR Business Partner aligns HR initiatives with strategic business objectives and coordinates with the respective leaders to execute objectives consistent with business and HR strategy, policies, practices, and the collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities

Manage team of HR professionals charged with providing support to manufacturing shop floor employees including a union covered workforce. Work with Business Leaders and Site Management Team to develop strategy & action plans to strengthen culture & engagement. Coach leaders and employee representatives on best practices regarding employee communication, positive employee relations, conflict resolutions, coaching, administering discipline, grievance administration, and engagement. Collaborate with COEs for Labor and Employee Relations, Human Resources and union covered employees and union leadership. Monitor our working environment to proactively detect issues and concerns and follow up on action & engagement plans. Investigate and resolve employee complaints, issues, and concerns raised by employees. Work with individual direct reports to identify development opportunities, special projects or stretch assignments to ensure continual growth and development. Partner with business leaders to meet business performance goals through the delivery of aligned HR strategy. Skills You Bring To this Role

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field At least 7 years of exempt-level human resources experience Ability to coach, mentor, develop, and manage team members Proficient knowledge of employment, wage and hour, FMLA, and EEO laws Demonstrated personal computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience supporting and working with a union covered workforce preferred What you need to be successful

Demonstrate ability to cultivate relationships and build trust across teams and levels Self-directed and motivated. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Ability to navigate through complexity and matrixed environment. What we offer you in return
