The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (BA) to support our DAF customer to provide a common set of required Enterprise IT services across 187 bases. The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for interfacing with internal and external customers to obtain, refine, and document quality aspects as they relate to functional and technical requirements. This Sr. Business Analyst will manage the SIPR Foundations schedule and assist with activities related to SIPR to include transitioning to updated facilities, processes, and technologies to ensure that there is no degradation in support. In addition, the BA will support the SIPR Project Manager to track the development and implementation of a classified ServiceNow IT Service Management system, Unified Endpoint Management Core service, and Enterprise Service Desk that will support 40,000 users and 4,000 endpoints in the SIPR enclave.
The Sr. Business Analyst will support our DoD customer with the execution of an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment.
Responsibilities:
Interface with internal and external stakeholders to obtain, refine, and document quality aspects as they relate to functional and technical requirements.
Support internal daily scrums and Service Delivery Team meetings to discuss collective work, provide and document updates to outstanding actions and tasks.
Manage SIPR foundations project schedule.
Attend, participate, and capture minutes for weekly Service Delivery Team touchpoints and ad-hoc Government calls.
Support the development of the SIPR Implementation plan and completion of CDRLs as directed by the SIPR PM.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure DAF customer needs are being met.
Qualifications:
10+ Years of relevant experience (bachelor’s degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
Active Secret Clearance
The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team.
A willingness to learn and stay abreast of industry trends is also required. The program emphasizes innovation, and CACI looks for individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural.
Experience driving technical meetings and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to track progress of ongoing activities and identify business needs to ensure the customer needs are being met.
Experience conducting interviews with stakeholders to gather pertinent information and documenting findings.
Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas.
Able to understand the day-to-day operational needs of customers and identify areas for improvement in business processes.
Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio), SharePoint, and Project.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. $78,700 - $165,300
