DescriptionWe are looking for a Controller to join our team in Mt Arlington, New Jersey. This role entails overseeing financials, general accounting operations, capital expenses, budgeting, and forecasting for our industry-leading real estate management firm. You will also supervise a team of accountants and work closely with clients and company leadership. Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage all accounting functions including financial reporting.• Supervise the general accounting team.• Maintain strong relationships with clients and company leadership.• Oversee financials prepared by other staff and senior accountants.• Manage a high-volume of transactions and clients, requiring excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.• Use advanced EXCEL skills, including V Lookups, Pivot Tables, and Formulas.• Operate various accounting software systems such as 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports.• Handle accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).• Conduct auditing and budget processes in an efficient manner.• Lead the team in the use of financial tools such as Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, and Budget Processes.Requirements• Proficient in 3M• Experience working with Accounting Software Systems• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services• Proficiency in CRM• Ability to use Crystal Reports• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)• Auditing skills and experience• Familiar with Budget ProcessesJob typePerm
