Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Care: Provide primary care services to patients, including general procedures such as sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, as well as women's health and internal medicine services.
  • Patient Volume: Manage an average of 20-25 patients per shift, delivering high-quality care while maintaining efficiency.
  • Work Schedule: Enjoy flexible scheduling options, with the choice of four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week.
  • On-Call Duties: Participate in very light phone call rotation, ensuring continuity of care for patients outside of regular office hours.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification/Eligibility: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Licensure: Possess or be eligible for licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Procedural Skills: Proficiency in general procedures required, with a willingness to perform a range of services typical in a rural practice setting.
  • Commitment to Rural Medicine: Demonstrate a genuine interest in rural medicine and a willingness to serve the unique healthcare needs of rural communities.
