- Temporary Privileges Available: While hospital/surgery center privileges are required, temporary privileges can be facilitated to expedite your start date.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and prenatal care for women with high-risk pregnancies in the outpatient clinic.
- Perform a variety of prenatal diagnostic procedures, such as ultrasounds, to assess fetal health and development.
- Collaborate with referring obstetricians and gynecologists on the development and implementation of personalized management plans for high-risk pregnancies.
- Participate in morning rounding on admitted inpatients and provide consultative services for complex pregnancy cases within the hospital.
- Maintain clear communication with patients and families regarding their diagnoses, treatment options, and pregnancy progress.
Who You Are:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a current and active license to practice medicine in Montana or ability to obtain an Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLC) privilege.
- Board-certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) (required). Fellowship in MFM preferred.
- Current BLS certification (required).
- A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to women with high-risk pregnancies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- The ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and clinical judgment.
