What You'll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive care for critically ill pediatric patients.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform patient care.
  • Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in the Epic electronic health record system.

Who You Are:

  • Board-certified in Pediatrics with additional training in Critical Care Medicine.
  • Current and active license to practice medicine in Missouri (MO).
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in managing critically ill pediatric patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Epic electronic medical record system.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications are required.
