- Equipment: Bring your personal laptop (NO MACs) for efficient completion of tasks, including DBQ submissions and other documentation requirements.
- Reporting: Submit completed DBQs within 48 hours upon exam completion, emphasizing accuracy and adherence to standardized form(s) for comprehensive patient assessment and care coordination.
- Evaluation Process: Utilize the provider portal for streamlined evaluation processes, enhancing efficiency and workflow management in your practice.
- Record Review: Active participation in record reviews, as required, to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment planning, fostering collaboration and continuity of care.
