Job Description As a

Business Process Architect , you will: Analyze, map, re-imagine, and optimize workflows using

Generative AI (Gen AI) tools . Develop ROI models

and create compelling business cases to support process transformations. Collaborate with stakeholders to design bold, future-state visions that drive innovation and efficiency. Balance analytical and creative thinking to streamline workflows and improve decision-making. Apply disruptive innovation thinking to established roles, processes, and best practices. Responsibilities Current State Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies. Perform time and motion studies to establish baselines for improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to map dependencies and gain insights. Process Mapping, Re-imagination & Optimization: Create detailed process maps, highlighting workflows and decision points. Apply methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to re-imagine and optimize processes. Identify opportunities for automation and enhancement

using Gen AI tools. Gen AI Tooling Identification & Integration: Research and evaluate Gen AI technologies for business relevance. Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate Gen AI tools into workflows. Conduct hands-on exploration and testing of

Gen AI technologies . ROI Analysis & Business Case Development: Develop ROI models

to quantify cost savings and productivity gains. Present compelling business cases to secure stakeholder approval for

Gen AI initiatives . Research & Use Case Prioritization: Stay updated on emerging Gen AI technologies and business applications. Prioritize use cases based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals. Vision for Future-State Processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to create visionary processes using Gen AI. Drive innovation and strategic alignment with business objectives. Skills & Qualifications 5+ years

of experience in business process analysis, improvement, or re-engineering. Proven success in process improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of

Gen AI technologies

and their business applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with software systems; basic coding knowledge is a plus. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Education Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
