However, should this position be of interest to you, please send me your resume or contact me directly at (703) 420-3980 Details:Job description:Job Title:Technical Business Analyst Location : Mountain View CA 94043 – Hybrid Pay range – 60\hr – 75\hr. on W2Job DescriptionAs a Business Process Architect, you will:Analyze, map, re-imagine, and optimize workflows using Generative AI (Gen AI) tools.Develop ROI models and create compelling business cases to support process transformations.Collaborate with stakeholders to design bold, future-state visions that drive innovation and efficiency.Balance analytical and creative thinking to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.Apply disruptive innovation thinking to established roles, processes, and best practices.ResponsibilitiesCurrent State Analysis:Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies.Perform time and motion studies to establish baselines for improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders to map dependencies and gain insights.Process Mapping, Re-imagination & Optimization:Create detailed process maps, highlighting workflows and decision points.Apply methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to re-imagine and optimize processes.Identify opportunities for automation and enhancement using Gen AI tools.Gen AI Tooling Identification & Integration:Research and evaluate Gen AI technologies for business relevance.Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate Gen AI tools into workflows.Conduct hands-on exploration and testing of Gen AI technologies.ROI Analysis & Business Case Development:Develop ROI models to quantify cost savings and productivity gains.Present compelling business cases to secure stakeholder approval for Gen AI initiatives.Research & Use Case Prioritization:Stay updated on emerging Gen AI technologies and business applications.Prioritize use cases based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.Vision for Future-State Processes:Collaborate with stakeholders to create visionary processes using Gen AI.Drive innovation and strategic alignment with business objectives.Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in business process analysis, improvement, or re-engineering.Proven success in process improvement initiatives.Strong understanding of Gen AI technologies and their business applications.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with software systems; basic coding knowledge is a plus.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.EducationBachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
