As the VP of Engineering, you will lead and cultivate high-performing engineering, product, and design teams. While not primarily a hands-on role, it demands the ability to dive deep when needed, roll up your sleeves, and address critical challenges to keep the momentum going. What You Will Do

Lead the engineering organization, which includes production and quality assurance Collaborate with security, product, business development, and legal teams Own technical strategy and overall systems architecture Own staffing and all other organization resources Deliver high quality processes and services throughout the engineering organization Lead teams with high standards for technical excellence, trust, and efficiency What You Will Bring

Extensive leadership experience in crypto, service engineering and operations Experience with protocols, services, and production security Detailed technical knowledge based on experience as an individual contributor Integrity and high standards with a collegial approach to work Experience managing a staff, maintaining budgets, resolving conflicts, and communicating trade-offs and risks Track record with excellent references The target base salary for this role will range between $300,000 to $350,000 USD. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
