This role is full time on site in Radford, VA Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Operations to oversee and optimize our global operations. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale operations, driving efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Effective Problem Solving Lead the Division operations team to deliver on Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly, quarterly, and annually. Set and achieve short and long-term SQDCG and financial objectives by implementing a strategic vision that is broken into actionable strategies and tactics. Knows what good looks like and has the ability to coach and develop a leadership team. Ensures accountability and enables the predictability of outcomes for each plant. Determines root cause of issues quickly and effectively puts countermeasures in place to support improvement. Lead and drive the Regal Rexnord Business System which includes 80/20, lean principles, and Continuous Improvement. Skilled and experienced in decomposing a strategic vision into actionable strategies and tactics, that can be cascaded to every manufacturing facility. Establish and sustain strong plant floor visual KPI's and daily management, a GEMBA culture, and robust problem-solving methodologies. P&L Leadership - Business Partner Ability to work as a member of the leadership team to develop and communicate a future vision for the business. Partners with VP/GM and leadership team on the overall strategy of the business, supports the establishment of a Policy Deployment X-matrix, and drives PD initiatives, aligned to operations with urgency and a high say/do. Responsible for synthesizing action plans, timelines and budgets for projects/goals and adjusting these plans accordingly to effectively respond to changing demands of the business. Talent Management Develop a high-performing team by engaging, coaching, and developing team members, and by driving accountability and ownership at all levels. Builds a team where all site leaders are top talent, with a strong say/do and continuous improvement mindset. Serve as an advocate for our top talent, building strong succession plans to enable increased velocity. Be a champion of promoting diversity, engagement, and inclusion in and across the organization.
