Summary : Our growing, PE backed, technology client is seeking a VP of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join their team. The VP of FP&A will play a critical role in driving the financial performance and strategic decision-making processes of the organization. The VP of FP&A will report to the CFO and manage FP&A, treasury and M&A for the company.
Responsibilities : Lead the global FP&A function Build and own detailed financial models Lead/Develop analyses around key financial metrics, trends, and variances to provide insights into business performance Participate in management of the corporate G&A expenses Evaluate investment opportunities Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency Manage banking relationships Support integration efforts post-acquisition Provide management, direction, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports and matrixed personnel
Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and/or finance roles Experience in FP&A, M&A, and Treasury 5+ years of experience managing direct reports in finance roles Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills PE backed company experience a plus Experience working with planning tools International finance experience
