Description Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones for dry utility projects. Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure efficient execution. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain safety, schedule, and budget compliance. Serve as the primary client liaison, providing updates and addressing concerns. Oversee quality control, permitting, and compliance with local regulations. Review and negotiate change orders, maintaining project documentation for tracking and audits. Allocate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project demands efficiently. Profile Experience managing dry utility or underground utility installations. Proficiency in

Procore , Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented and solution-driven, with strong client-facing communication abilities.
